Clarke Publishing Communications & BPO, Inc. is a minority-owned black academic and trade book publishing company headquartered at 8025 North Point Boulevard in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Clarke Publishing has come a long way. It is hard to believe it has been over 17 years since its founder, Dr. Emmanuel Clarke, launched the company in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, back in the fall of 2007.
We were originally Clarke Publishing Group, Inc., and now operate as Clarke Publishing Communications & BPO, Inc. We fill a vital gap: supporting undiscovered authors, providing schools with affordable, high-quality educational resources, and serving students and professionals worldwide.
After selling his first successful startup, ATEC Microsystems, Inc., Dr. Clarke pivoted into publishing—a decision fueled by the massive success of his acclaimed debut book, In Tears and Blood, which sold over 300,000 copies globally.
