Emmanuel Clarke (DC) was CEO and co-founder of KWEP USA Inc., which is a technology-driven customer contact center and BPO company established in March 2018 in Winston Salem, NC. Prior to co-founding Clarke Publishing, he Co-Founded CB Data Solutions Inc. a Liberian, West African-based BPO company in 2015. Upon launching CB in 2016, he developed the organization’s business strategies, aligned its short-term and long-term objectives, and developed new business opportunities with Liberia’s two major telecom companies (MTN and Orange), the government of Liberia, and the major airlines, just to name a few. As CEO, he hired managers and helped source training for contact center agents and BPO employees. He led project teams in designing CB’s data center and other infrastructure. He made high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits. He sold out of CB and moved back to the US due to family reasons. In 2005, he started his first IT company, ATEC Microsystems, Inc. which was an On-Demand tech support service company in Trenton, New Jersey. Four years later, he sold ATEC Microsystems to Richardson Global in Hamilton, NJ for $250,000.00 and share options. Emmanuel is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BSc. in Engineering, a Masters in IT Implementation, and a MSc. in Computer Science. Clarke holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a concentration in Genetic Algorithm and Artificial Neural Network. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at Forsyth Technical College in Winston Salem, NC. He has also taught at Mercer County Community College (NJ), Burlington County College (Burlington, NJ), United Methodist University (Liberia). Professor Clarke is the author of more than 10 books. He has worked for companies such as Merrill Lynch, Ralph Lauren, Time Warner, State of NJ, etc.
